Astral travel is an ancient technique, which teaches us how to safely travel to other places in the universe intentionally, using just our consciousness.

The class will begin with an introduction, then we’ll practise the focussing techniques which are needed for astral travel and finally we’ll journey to the akashic zone. These techniques will be based on the 3 sacred geometries, as these are our vehicle for travelling.

The purpose of this class is to open your awareness to the expansiveness of the spirit and to strengthen your meditation muscle, to focus the mind. By visiting the akashic zone you’ll be able to access the knowledge and wisdom that’s held there for you.
