Working with and understanding Ancient Sacred Geometry Symbols for healing and protection

Grace Hui for Incentre

In a nutshell, Sacred Geometry is the working with certain shapes that are the building blocks of life. From the basic shapes of the triangle (pyramid), square (cube), and circle (sphere), patterns that contain the blueprint of life can be found.

These patterns can be found in every aspect of nature - everything that is alive has its basis in sacred geometry. In that regard, sacred geometry is the basis of life itself.

Why is it sacred?

Since time immemorial, humans have been fascinated by the origins of life. What created life? Why are we alive? And, what is our purpose?

In this quest, it has become increasingly clear that modern science, as we know it, does not contain all the answers. In ancient days, the study of science has never been divorced from spirituality. Rather, it was a pathway to find answers with spirituality as an integral part of the whole.

As we study the mysteries of life and creation, it might be finally time for spirituality to be integrated with science so that we can begin to fill in the missing pieces.

In the evolution of humanity, structured language is relatively new, developed as humans formed societies and as different societies grew, language evolved and differentiated from tribe to tribe. But what connects us as humans in common? What transcends language to unify us?

This is where sacred geometry - a system as old as life itself steps in as the bridge that holds the fabric of humanity and life together. It is no wonder that ancient monuments that range from the famed pyramids in Egypt to the splendour of Machu Piccu all utilise the basic shapes of sacred geometry to withstand the passing of time. These monuments span centuries and geography and were constructed way before the advent of modern technology. Their craftsmen have likely never met or had a physical conversation but yet, similar ideas were utilised.

Clearly, the master builders had a deep understanding of something that transcends time or language - they understood the divine blueprint of life.

Life is a miracle that continues to inspire humanity and as we cradle a newborn baby or look into the eyes of a loved one, it is impossible not to feel a touch of the divine.

The mystery school traditions teach that we are all divine beings. In the density of life on this earth, many of us have forgotten our own divinity. Working with the sacred geometries helps us to reawaken the divine in all humans so that we can all be empowered to lead the lives that we were meant to lead.

The basic shapes of Sacred Geometry, upon which longer and more intricate symbols and sequences are formed have a profound but yet simple effect on us. They cut across the complications of the human mind and reconnect us to our higher selves. Put it another way - it shuts out the noise and the drama of day-to-day human mundanity and brings us back up to who we truly are - divine.

Keeping Sacred Geometry Alive

While these shapes and symbols exist in our very DNA, they become dormant if we do not work with and engage with them. Given that these shapes, symbols and patterns are such powerful components of life, how do we keep these ancient systems alive?

The answer is as simple as it is profound - we have to use them. The more we incorporate them into our daily lives, the more we will be able to build a relationship with them so that they can serve us to live a life that is aligned to our divine purpose.

While symbols such as the Flower of Life or the Tree of Life have become fashionable, they are ancient symbols that have huge protective and healing properties when correctly used.

So, how do we utilise them safely?

How to learn about Sacred Geometry?

It is important to respect these shapes and symbols for the divinity that they represent and embody. For them to work with us whether it be for healing or protection, we have to know how to engage them properly.

In the lineage of King Solomon, there is a series of Sacred Geometry classes that are taught in a step by step manner. Rituals and practices are handed down orally from teacher to student and this is the way it has been done for thousands of years in an unbroken chain.

Although there are currently 8 in the series of classes, there are certain pre requisites that students must attain before they can progress to each level. For the purposes of this article, I will go through the first three, which have the most practical use in our day to day life.

Beginning with Sacred Geometry 1, students are taught to create sacred space. This is such an important tool in the toolkit because it can help us to protect our energy by creating a safe space in which we can work in. In that safe space, we can rest and relax, knowing that it is a space that is not infiltrated by external energies. In that way, we can also get to know ourselves and our own energy structures better by getting familiar with what is ours and what is someone else’s.

Staying in the purity of that sacred space can also be very physically, emotionally, and mentally restful and healing.

Sacred Geometry 1 will hand down the tools and rituals so that you can create that space wherever you go. A pre-requisite for Sacred Geometry 1 is a Life Activation. Life Activation is a sacred ceremony that activates dormant DNA. Once activated, it reconnects us to our divine blueprint giving us greater clarity, and bringing light into our structure to illuminate the parts of us that need healing and release.

In Sacred Geometry 2, students learn how to use crystals to heal each of the physical, mental, and emotional bodies. These modalities can be for self-use or for others. Deeper wisdom on how to protect any space through the use of crystal grids will also be handed down.

These grids are extremely powerful and will enhance the protection and vibration of any sacred space that has been created - like an additional energetic padlock if you wish.

Prerequisites for students of Sacred Geometry 2 are a Life Activation and the successful completion of Sacred Geometry 1.

Sacred Geometry 3 moves into working with the human aura. Composed of 7 layers, the aura provides us with the energy needed for vitality and manifestation. In this class, you will learn to clear blockages and heal all 7 layers of the aura. Both protective and highly healing, this is a modality that can be used to serve both ourselves and others.

In this class, you will learn the Egyptian Aura Healing, an ancient Egyptian healing method for:

  • Fixing holes in the aura that cause fatigue and poor health

  • increasing energy in the aura for greater vitality and protection

  • Rebalancing the physical, emotional soul and astral bodies

  • A lasting healing technique that can be done for self-care or for healing others

Prerequisites for students of Sacred Geometry 3 are a Life Activation, Empower Thyself Class, and initiation plus the successful completions of Sacred Geometry 1 and 2.

The sacred geometries are powerful tools for the toolkit in each of our personal journeys and working with them in a safe and proper manner can truly serve us greatly.
